Cartridge World Gets DHL Seal of Approval for Service Standards

With post office closures looming and postage costs rocketing ever skyward, customers can now find a straightforward, cost-effective alternative to the Royal Mail’s parcel service at fifty of Cartridge World’s stores nationwide.

Following vetting of Cartridge World’s service standards, leading global parcel carrier DHL has chosen the leading printer cartridge franchise to partner in its Service Point initiative. This means that DHL’s EXPRESS4YOU service, which allows packages to be sent across the UK, Europe, North America and the rest of the World, will be available to consumers and small businesses simply by visiting Cartridge World when they are shopping, rather than requiring a business account or travelling to drop parcels into a DHL depot.

Cartridge World UK’s MD, Jon Cullen explains, “We are delighted to have been invited to join DHL in making parcel delivery so much more straightforward. DHL are very protective of their service standards, so it is a great compliment that they trust Cartridge World to be one of their High Street interfaces with the public.
