franchise is a fun and frivolous side-show to corporate
events, weddings and parties .
Vintage Photo
booths is the creation of Allison and Alex
Umbers-Leitao of Crimson Tide Photography. In the photography
industry for over 10 years, they saw a need for some serious laughs
at wedding receptions and events that surpass the old disposable
cameras on tables or the event photographer doing the table rounds
– this isn’t fun (for anyone!).
Vintage Photobooths is unique in that
it has been designed from the ground up to be a stylish booth while
utilising the best of digital imaging and printing
technology. While other photobooths in the market place are
arcade in style and mostly imported – a Vintage
Photobooth is the epitomy of a
stylish event photobooth.
Vintage Photobooths is a rental company that prides itself on a
premium service at every level. This attention to detail and
‘can-do’ attitude has helped us establish a reputation
in the Victorian wedding and event industry and has seen us gain
repeat business and build strong relationships with event and
wedding co-ordinators.
Since March 22, 2009, Vintage
Photobooths has serviced 44 Victorian events and has a solid 30
more confirmed bookings. Included in these bookings is a
festival with a duration of 8 days where the committee is hiring
the use of the Vintage Photobooth for their entire
event.
As the consumer awareness for event
photobooths grow, we expect our sales to increase – there is
a snow-ball effect happening and we often gain bookings from events
that we service, Mondays are definitely the busiest days for
enquiries.
We feel that we are still in a phase where we are educating brides,
grooms and event co-ordinators about the possibilities of event
photobooths – a lot of people don’t know that they
exist!
| We have in excess of 300 fans on
Facebook and as momentum builds for Vintage Photobooths so does our
fan base and enquiry rate. On average, we field approximately eight e-mail / phone enquiries a day. We always are prompt in our response and aim to respond within 24 hours (or less) to any enquiry. Many of these translate into bookings months down the track. The above statistics reflect consumers who know about the photobooth concept – we are now embarking on advertising campaign to gain momentum for this brilliant piece of entertainment and to educate Australians on the existence of event photobooths. In December 2009 Vintage Photobooths became a company: Vintage Photobooths Pty Ltd and a franchise operation. |  |
We are opening our first franchised branch in Perth this
February. We are currently in the training phase and will
assist our franchisees to launch their business this March.
Currently we are
looking for potential franchisees who will continue on this journey
with us, help to grow the Vintage Photobooths brand and find
success in their own Vintage Photobooths
business.
